PENELOPE (PENNY) PEARSON, B.SC. (HONS), LL.B.

Penny was called to the bar in 1984, after articling in Vancouver.  In August 1990 she began practicing with Pihl Law Corporation.  Her practice is centered on plaintiff and defence civil litigation, and she has appeared in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.  Penny has over 24 years experience in personal injury work, largely in the area of motor vehicle litigation. She enjoys cases involving major orthopaedic and spinal cord injuries, and coverage issues.  In her spare time she likes to garden and motorcycle.
